  I have been with them for nearly a year and I asked them to add a new vehicle to my policy and asked them to email me my new insurance card. Well he said give me 10 minutes and I will email it it has been 3 days now and still no email from them! "Edited" He thought he sent it but did not. The car is now on the insurance. Thank you improved score.

  I had a policy with them my car got totaled I kept paying the policy for 7 months with no car so I dropped it because they told me if and when I buy another car I can get it back so 2 more months go buy I get a new car and call them they said we are sorry we can't take you back I think that is dirty and unfair now I have to start a new policy with war prices like I've never had any insurance
